The issue is with the Nvidia drivers which we obviously have no control over. Nvidia have found the problem and plan to release a driver update in late October to fix the problem.

We are advising users to install the 431.60 drivers so they can continue to use iClone and Character Creator.

Looks like the Merge Clips function is still broken in the most recent update. See the following Feedback Tracker report:

Any chance of a fix in the next release? It's a pretty crucial function, imo, since one of iClone's main strengths is how quick & easy it is to manipulate (slice, move, merge, save, load, etc.) motion data.

I posted this bug and it was pure guesswork to why my scene was blowing out. 
I found the reason why this is happening.

This scene location has props reflecting right on the edge of the GI Range.
Adding GI Range solves this problem.

Hi,My iclone is updated and all my Iray material has disappeared; I went back to the website and redownloaded it but after the installation phase it’s still not in the program under materials.

I got a very particular bug.
I have dozens of imported character I made in Blender.
Only one random avatar doesn't follow path properly, 1 out of dozens.
And the one that doesn't follow path is the same avatar as the one that does follow but with different clothes. That's it.
How do you even report a bug that only affects one out a dozens of avatars? No one at Reallusion is gonna care about such a weird bug.

No they would. Just send them the avatar which does not follow and they would tell you if it's their bug, or just something wrong with Avatar/Cloth combination

Unfortunately this issue won't be fixed in the 7.7 update but we hope to get it fixed as soon as possible afterwards.
