Distinguished Member Group: Forum Members Last Active: 5 Years Ago Posts: 241, Visits: 5.9K	Re: Only CC3 not open after iC7.6 update At Windows 7 SP1, iC7.5.3119 was updated to ver7.6.3201.1 and it works fine, but, when pushing　「Edit in Character Creator」button, CC3 does not open with the sequential messages in the images below. Test ① By pushing CC3 icon, it does not open at all. Test ② Reinstalled CC3 for roll back from ver 3.1 to ver 3.0 but still not open. Test ③ Both 3DXchange ver 7.5 and CT8 open as before. fig1. It says "Load GUI Failed. Please reinstall iClone7".（CC3.0） Fig2. It says Load language file failed. Please reinstall iClone7.CCMeshSetupFree.（CC3.0） Fig3. It says Load GUI failed. Please reinstall iClone 7.CCMeshSetupFree.（CC3.0） Fig4. It says Character Creator has stopped. (CC3.0) No update were made for my display driver and not using Windows 10. 　 Windows 7 Pro SP1 　NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970 version 10.18.13.5362 (2015.7.22) Should I just believe to reinstall the new iC7.6.3201.1 as it is working now. Distinguished Member Group: Forum Members Last Active: Last Month Posts: 15.8K, Visits: 31.4K	robbey10 (8/30/2019) I can't even get it to open, I have uninstalled and reinstalled complete but neither Iclone nor Character Creator open there is a flash of the logo and title page and the it shuts down in less than a second. See post from Peter above about the Nvidia drivers.

All other apps don't even initialize anymore. I also have reported this issue to the Support Team. Please let me know the best course of action. BR If you have an Nvidia graphics card then it may be the driver issue that has affected a lot of users. In this case you will need to go back to your previous drivers. Distinguished Member Group: Forum Members Last Active: Last Month Posts: 5.3K, Visits: 16.8K	I just lost 2h of work. iClone crashed and when I restarted it and selected to restore the project, it created the restore project with 0 Kb. I am going to watch it. If it happens again I'll report it. BTW it crashed when I hit Start(,). This happens quite often (even since 7.2 was released I think, maybe earlier) and Start(,) takes a lot longer to move scrabber than End (specially on heavy projects). But I essentially cannot reproduce the crash. It happens randomly on different projects.

However, as always we still need your assistance to help us track down any bugs, glitches or other annoying issues that may still remain. Important: If you do find any bugs, issues or glitches in iClone 7.6, please can you report them first in the Feedback Tracker. Then feel free to discuss the issues in this thread but do try to include a link back to the original Feedback Tracker report or your tracker number. As always it will help us greatly if we can keep all technical issue discussion in the one place (this thread). This will help the development team keep track of any problems. Please do try to provide your full system specifications and a detailed description of the problem when reporting issues.
