Dear iClone Users,
We have now released the 7.6 update for iClone which as added some exciting new features plus the usual bug fixes. However, as always we still need your assistance to help us track down any bugs, glitches or other annoying issues that may still remain.
Important: If you do find any bugs, issues or glitches in iClone 7.6, please can you report them first in the Feedback Tracker. Then feel free to discuss the issues in this thread but do try to include a link back to the original Feedback Tracker report or your tracker number. As always it will help us greatly if we can keep all technical issue discussion in the one place (this thread). This will help the development team keep track of any problems. Please do try to provide your full system specifications and a detailed description of the problem when reporting issues. If you can provide steps so we can try and reproduce the problem that will be even better. Many thanks and have fun with iClone 7.6.  Peter

I can't even get it to open, I have uninstalled and reinstalled complete but neither Iclone nor Character Creator open there is a flash of the logo and title page and the it shuts down in less than a second.

I just lost 2h of work. iClone crashed and when I restarted it and selected to restore the project, it created the restore project with 0 Kb. I am going to watch it. If it happens again I'll report it. BTW it crashed when I hit Start(,). This happens quite often (even since 7.2 was released I think, maybe earlier) and Start(,) takes a lot longer to move scrabber than End (specially on heavy projects). But I essentially cannot reproduce the crash. It happens randomly on different projects.

Hi,
After updating all apps using Reallusion HUB, only 3DX7 is working.
All other apps don't even initialize anymore. I also have reported this issue to the Support Team.
Please let me know the best course of action.

If you have an Nvidia graphics card then it may be the driver issue that has affected a lot of users. In this case you will need to go back to your previous drivers. Please see the thread below for more information. https://forum.reallusion.com/419954/IMPORTANT-Nvidia-Graphics-Driver-43602-Issues

Re: Only CC3 not open after iC7.6 update
At Windows 7 SP1, iC7.5.3119 was updated to ver7.6.3201.1 and it works fine, but, when pushing 「Edit in Character Creator」button, CC3 does not open with the sequential messages in the images below.
Test ① By pushing CC3 icon, it does not open at all.
Test ② Reinstalled CC3 for roll back from ver 3.1 to ver 3.0 but still not open. Test ③ Both 3DXchange ver 7.5 and CT8 open as before.
 No update were made for my display driver and not using Windows 10.
Windows 7 Pro SP1 NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970 version 10.18.13.5362 (2015.7.22)
Should I just believe to reinstall the new iC7.6.3201.1 as it is working now.

Hi Hiro If your graphics drivers are from 2015 then that could well be the problem. Try updating the graphics drivers to version 431.60 (no higher) and see if it solves the problem. You can use the link below to find that version. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx

It looks like a selected collision shape on a character is no longer highlighted correctly. It used to be that a selected collision shape was highlighted in red and then when you selected another one, that one would be highlighted in red. That is no longer the case. The originally selected one remains highlighted. This makes it impossible to make adjustments. How can existing functionality suddenly be broken?  EDIT: Entered as FT #6238.

That's because new "Reduce Idle Load" feature does not refresh the view-port. They missed collision shapes routine I suppose.
