after the last iclone update I can't import fbx from iclone to UE4 for the characters, everything was fine until last update, i guess it's something that has to do with this change in the log "The root node will now follow the hip instead of staying in place at the origin ( Game Engine Preset only )."

This is the error I am getting on UE4

Mesh contains cc_base_boneroot bone as root but animation doesn't contain the root track.
Import failed.

Please can you try following the tutorial steps below (from the 10:36 mark). This should work correctly in 7.6 and does in my tests. Do you still get the same error in UE4?

Is there a way to rollback to 7.5.3? Can't work anymore for this error and I need a solution asap..

As I mentioned previously, following the tutorial worked for me with iClone 7.6 so the issue may be with the character you are trying to export.

In this case I would advise contacting Technical Support using the link below and supply the character you are having problems with. They will then be able to test the process to see what the problem is. They may also be able to help you with the earlier build of iClone if the issue can't be resolved.
