You only need the "Frontlights" active in Sequencer , you can get rid of the rest..and it works....here is my Sequencer :  There must be one step missing for you ...but which ? I can't activate Expose to Cinematics , but we don't need....

I had it on "always loaded" switched to blueprint, still can't select frontlights...
