Charly , please do a test for me.
1. Add a rect light in front of the face
2. decrease the strength of the light till you only see the reflection in the eyes.
Does it work ?  You are using UE4.26 right?

Ok, I'll test it, but as the character is moving, I have to link or attach the light  to make the light moving  with it ?
 I'm using 4.27
