Looks like the future of animation is done by AI.
You only have to set 3 or 4 poses and AI will do the rest....cool! :-)
This kind of system will come for UE5 ...

UE4.26 - Groom & Power IK test , works very well. If you get an error (while activating Power IK in Plugins settings) , you have to do this :
