Take a look to this Video ... maybe it is your problem ... do what he is doing in the collision channel.
German : Ich habe den neuen Trace Channel "ground" genannt , im Video nennt er es "IKTrace". Gehe zu Collision Settings und ändere Pawn und CharacterMesh wie im Video.

Hi Bassline, Thanks, I'll check it out. Today I'll start all over again. I don't work in game mode, you shouldn't forget that. My character is still taking off in the air. Even in simulation mode. Collision is On I must have forgotten something or it won't work.::(:( 1 I am creating a new project and adding my map. of course also the plugins. 2 Then load the map 3 I am creating an Origin in UE. I send my character via live link. 4 Create a Live Link Blueprint like your tutorial. PS: I don't do anything with the Start Player. Greetings Robert:):)

Did you set collision channel to ground in the Power IK Controller ?
German :
Der Start Player hat eine Capsule , die im weg war , darum stand mein Character in der Luft , wenn du Pawn und CharacterMesh in den Collision Settings abschaltest (ignore) , ignoriert er die Capsule.... (Pawn)
Wenn es weiter nicht klappt...schick mir dein Unreal Dokument und ich schaue mir das mal an. ( File / Package Project / Zip Up Project ) :)

Hi Bassline Thank you for your help When I have loaded my map, I can no longer see the Start Player or access it. Collison and Pawn ??? Screenshot would be great. Greetings Robert:):)

I got IK foot working with LL... Though, it only works when "simulated play" is on. When recording in sequencer it does not work...

Better record without and activate it (IK ) on the recorded animation , so you can change and adjust the direction or start point of the recorded animation afterwards. To deactivate IK , set the Alpha to "0" , activate "1". ( you can animate it also in sequencer on/off alpha strength) for jumping or whatever. It is possible to record with IK but then you have to change some settings in the Sequence Recorder. (never tested it) It only works when simulation is on , like dynamic Cloth , when you render , simulation will be automatically activated.
