Grooming is the other way but more complicated as you have to convert the hair to strands in Blender , Ornatrix or Xgen or whatever...

And also in UE4 delete all Collision Capsules you don't need for most accurate physics....

Okay so basically i import my model and animation WITHOUT any iclone hair and cloth simulation and then add them in UE4 right ?? thank you

I think you can apply cloth sim on an accessory hair, but I think UE4 has a hard time running cloth sim on high poly hair yet.
You can reduce it, but then it looks bad.  
The only other option is to run your sim in iClone, get it how you want, and then alembic that to UE4 for a one-off animation at least that matches iClone...

Cool, so that's finally a use case for iClone alembic export?
I used to export .FBX motion from CC3 in order to get iClone physics into UE.

Well explained , Tony !

Right now I am drowning  in work , so I couldn't finish so much things , like the BP for the CC3 Character for "Live Link Face". (60% finished)
But I will go on with this when I have the time for it !
It is a BP for all CC3 Characters , you only have to assign it to your Character and it should work.
You can record your facial animations with the sequence recorder and tweak it with the UE4 Curve Editor.

Also did some speed tests with UE4.26 :
Translucent shaders for CC3 Characters are working great now , the problems with Raytracing Shadows are gone (Eye Occlusion , Tearline , Eyelashes).
But other things like the new Groom Settings are only crashing here ... it is a preview version , so don't use it for production ;-)

The alembic is more strictly for an animation sequence, just a stacked series of OBJs that together in sequence form an animation.
Whereas the FBX is a rig-description, more open-ended as it is a rig that can be used in varied situations.  It can carry animation limits and components that are activated or non-active depending on the scenario.

An exact copy of iClone's hair strand movement would be captured by alembic. 
FBX can offer you a simulation at runtime of that hair.  Even if Live-Linked, it will be a runtime'd version of what is going in iClone.

Yes , Alembic works very well in UE4 , especially for Cloth , Hair , Fluids or collapsing buildings ;-)
