Sure. You just need to be in the right panel/tab. In the image it shows where to go to save a selected Accessory. For Cloth it is the next button over but otherwise the same process. Hair (that is not converted to an Accessory) is saved under the icon that looks like two people.

Hi, and thanks for your reply!. Can I then ask... how do you do that? I have converted the hair to an accessory, but... I'm not sure how to 'save' just that accessory. Do I 'export it'? And if so, in what format?
Sorry if these are basic questions, I'm just a newbie and not sure what to do...
Thanks!

You can do it. Just save the hair to your CC3 Custom Content and CC3 will recognize it as simply "Hair," without male/female designation. It will then fit to any character. All clothing works this way as well.

I ask this because I have been hunting and hunting everywhere for a specific hairstyle, and I finally found it... but it is for a male character designed for iclone. I know I can edit the character in Character Creator, and make it female that way, but I have actually already created the female character I want, and I just want to put the hair from this one character on the character I created. Is this possible? Or like, can I move the face I made onto the other avatar? Or do I have to do it all from scratch?
