karacarson929 (4/14/2019) I'm having the same problem with CC3. How can you tell what account you used to purchase?If you log into your RL member page you should see all purchases related to that account.

Because all content from the Store or Marketplace is DRM protected, it is vital that all content purchases are made from the same account where iClone/Character Creator is registered. If you have purchased content using a different account then you will need your accounts merged before you can resolve the issue. If you have contacted Customer Support then they will be able to help you do this. There is nothing you can do yourself to merge accounts.

we are only users. Like you :) from time to time Reallusion staff intervene in the forum. But in your case I believe that only the support team can solve your problem. (merge 2 accounts)

only reallusion can transfer cc3 to your second account. log into your member account (https://www.reallusion.com/member/), go to the "Support" page, and from there you may submit your inquiry to the Support Team and explain the situation otherwise you can try to install CC3 on your second account if you bought CC3 with this account. Normally you have the right to install 2 occurrences of CC3 (but with the same account)

Yes. I have found the second Account...Strangely on my Second Account there was no Buytransfer. But i created a new Password loged in, and see i own it. So...What can we do now? I would like to transfer CC3 to my other Account.

I guess you to have 2 accounts, you have bought your chainsaw under one account and tried to download this prop with iclone that was registered under another account.
