I looked everywhere for this and was unable to find anything. Figured it out on my own so decided to share.  You need iclone and the trial works. If your trial expired I can share my base character that has the basic blendshapes.

Hey Dorothy, thanks this gave me hope!  Unfortunately, when I create a custom morph that opens the mouth it is not retained in the resulting morph slider.  Have you had success?  Trying to create visemes for lipsync.
