Hello, I am trying to upload an iAvatar to my store and I keep getting an error saying that the upload failed. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. It's a character I created using the morph sliders in CC 3. The file size is 106 meg. Is that the issue? Do I need to reduce the poly count? Not sure where to go from here. I have been able to upload icloth with no problems. I'm wonder if my selections are not correct. I have attached the error message. Any help is MUCH appreciated. Thanks

Now I'm getting the same error when I try to upload just an iCloth item. Please HELP!!

Hey Peter while we are at it. the content downloader is having an issue too. locks up before completing installation

vidiusThe Content Downloader appears to be fine in my testing. Do make sure you have the latest version installed which can be found HERE. If you do still have problems with the latest version, please remember to contact Technical Support who will be able to help you with this.

It's the "Content Uploader" that is a problem. Not the "Content Downloader". Here is another error I'm getting as well. Should I be contacting Technical support? Thanks Peter

Hello, I am trying to upload an iAvatar to my store and I keep getting an error saying that the upload failed.... I cannot upload an avatar with this error since Saturday as well. It is over 100 MB. But I have uploaded similar avatars in the past without a problem.
