Me too.
ZBrush is properly installed in C: \ Program Files \ Pixologic \ ZBrush 2018 \ ZBrush.exe, but a dialog like the one shown is displayed.
Looking for preferences and other things, there seems to be no such menu as specifying the installation location of ZBrush, so at the moment no action can be taken.https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/c4dde683-61ad-43da-8e15-eda1.png

Yes I have the pipeline version

OK, here  is what I have tried.

Close CC3, start ZB, then start CC3. Then the icon is highlighted, then click icon and ZB crash, then restart CC3, and click icon, zb start and import character, but when I load a saved character the icon is not working.

solved.
It seems that GoZ does not work unless ZBrush is installed with an administrator account.
Since it can not be helped, once I deactivate ZBrush, install it again with an administrator account and activate it, GoZ now works properly.

Try this and I know it sounds crazy, but it worked for me. When you export you model have them in the A pose coming from CC3, but in the export select T pose. After I did this I could move the model back and forth.

I moved a character from CC3 to ZBrush with GoZ. The character is in Zbrush, but I can't sculpt. I clicked "Make Polymesh" as usual in Zbrush, but nothing happens when I try to use a brush to sculpt. What am I missing?

The reason I can't sculpt is that the character from CC3 comes into Zbrush as a giant, big as a mountain! Therefore the red brush circle in Zbrush (even when it's max size) is so tiny that it can't sculpt. How do I make the character more normal size?
