Thank you was a little condusing because I click the first email link I got and it took me to the updates which are in a different place, it was not till I clicked on orders that a found the main downloads

No matter which way I try to install my products needing a serial number they can make contact with your servers so I can't install them

and yes I have tried both making a rulle for the hub exe and disabling my firewall, both of which I have NEVER needed to do before for any software that need activation online

main downloads where under Orders, BUT everytime I try to install anything needs a code it cancels the install, if I manually install it can't find the server

I can't download the installer. Under Orders it shows the Download link which opens the dialog showing the lines "Product Information" and "Character Creator 3 Pipeline" (as in the screenshot) but nothing below that. Under Registration there's a downloadable "Character Creator 3 Pipeline Extension" only, with a different serial number.

Is it possible/advisable to download the trial version instead and register it to change it to a full version? Or should I open a support ticket?
