I am running the trial version of Crazy Talk 8 on windows 10, the first day I installed and ran it it all worked great. I have the trial IClone CC software and trial Crazy Talk 8 , I was able to make new heads from photos, it was great. Today, I am trying to do this again, it is a few days later, IClone CC seems to still be working fine, I can hit the create character head from photo button. It launches crazy talk 8, I go through the wizard with the markers and the character appears on screen. At the point when I try to export, either export as RT head or trying to send directly to CC, nothing happens. I get a pop up saying I have 6 exports left but nothing happens after that. I tried uninstalling and re-installing. Same issue persists.
On a lark I decided to just click the "create new actor" button in a fresh session and that froze the window. The software instantly becomes unresponsive and I have to open up the task manager and force close it.
Anyone have any good ideas for next steps trouble shooting? I tried restarting my computer also.
