I am running the trial version of Crazy Talk 8 on windows 10, the first day I installed and ran it it all worked great. I have the trial IClone CC software and trial Crazy Talk 8 , I was able to make new heads from photos, it was great. Today, I am trying to do this again, it is a few days later, IClone CC seems to still be working fine, I can hit the create character head from photo button. It launches crazy talk 8, I go through the wizard with the markers and the character appears on screen. At the point when I try to export, either export as RT head or trying to send directly to CC, nothing happens. I get a pop up saying I have 6 exports left but nothing happens after that. I tried uninstalling and re-installing. Same issue persists.
On a lark I decided to just click the "create new actor" button in a fresh session and that froze the window. The software instantly becomes unresponsive and I have to open up the task manager and force close it.
Anyone have any good ideas for next steps trouble shooting? I tried restarting my computer also. 

Sorry to hear you are having problems with Crazytalk 8.

Have you tried shutting down your computer, then restarting and running CrazyTalk 8 on its own without iClone or any other apps being open. Now try creating a 2D head first. Are you able to do this without problems? If you can then try creating a 3D head. Does this work now or do you still experience crashing or freezing.

I would also recommend making sure your graphics drivers are up to date and also run Windows Update to make sure your system is fully up to date. Outdated graphics drivers are a common cause of problems like this so do make sure you have everything up to date.
