Updated version is free for previous owners. I just got an email about that. The new version is NOT compatible with CC2, so you would need to make a backup of the previous version.

hi guys, i do not have iclone 7, only 6. i only see the "Character Creator 3 Pipeline Extension" download link, i do not see the cc3 base download link. any ideas? thanks!

Okay. Just got mine and still haven't been able to open it. It opens...comes up to the screen to logon. I try to Logon it just sits on a permanent loading. If I hit cancel the program closes. Hmmmm...??? Was ready to use this thing. Can't even open it yet. This is my first time ever using a reallusion product.

Go in your account and select "download" within iClone 7 record
There you will get all the download links, including CC3 base
After installing it, you can apply the pipeline extension

You have not install the base CC3 program. You are trying to install the Pipeline Extension without CC3 base program installed.

hi guys, i'm unable to install.. keep getting a "Setup program did not find the Character Creator on your computer" message. any ideas? i am logged into my account in my browser and have the RL updater running. thanks!

ok so yall release cc3 but what happen to cc2 why is it not update to cc3 instead cc3 is installed as as a defrent software instead of updateding cc2 now i starting feel like all the packs i got from market place was a wast of my money by not waiting 9 months before buying anything from yall rl
