I may be missing something but I have a 720p image that I have animated with CrazyTalk 7. Everything works really well however the subject's shirt sleeves and other nearby objects in the image (away from the head) move slightly during the recording output. One of those items is a microphone so it looks a little odd. Any ideas? Is it the halo around the hair that needs to be brought in closer to the head.

Do ensure that the facial wireframe mesh and hair mesh layer do not overlap any parts of the body. See the image below for a guide. 76% of original size (was 659x19) - Click to enlarge

That makes perfect sense. I looked at my facial wireframe and I think I did it. right.

Thanks again, Peter. By the way, does the background mask have an impact to what gets animated (even at the extreme points). I wouldn't think that is the case. Ken

Hi... As the microphone is off to the left side of the face that is why you are still seeing some microphone movement as the head moves. You could try masking out the background which will help. Also if needed you can add the microphone onto a background image as we did with the robot character below. For the robot character the body is part of the background but when both the head and background are loaded it makes it look like it is a complete character. 76% of original size (was 659x19) - Click to enlarge

Ah, not sure why I didn't think of that! Of course. Thanks, Ken

I do have one final question. The last one, I promise. So, if I want to replace the facial picture with one without the shirt and the microphone with just the face, is there a way of doing that without having to reanimate everything I've already done?
