i have Mocap Plug in Neuron Solo for IC7 ...
as mentioned on their webpage "All owners of Perception Neuron plug-in are eligible to receive the Perception Neuron Profile and a FREE copy of Motion LIVE right after its launch on June 4th, 2018." 
but i can't find any links on my profile? howto access to these?

so, i got this message:
"We are sorry that you are not qualified for this event. For further questions, please contact our support team."

what is that mean? means that i had to purchase another extra plugin to qualified for this event??
