Questions for Peter or Miranda
Quite some time ago GoZ was advertised as being included in a new release option for IClone and I purchased that option but then Reallusion for some reason
changed the content of the upgrade and GoZ was not included. No refund for this being offered.
So I have already paid for this so will I get it now. Later than charged for.
Also The CC Essentials complete Bundle again I have purchased all the morphs clothes and hottest hair (export version) so will this be updated on my account to work with CC3 or will Reallusion be making this a money getter
by making me purchase another version of what I already have.

Hi Sean,

The Distinguished Member tag is based on the number of posts. Anyone can become a Distinguished Member if they post enough.

However it is the Group name that indicates my role which is Administrator. Also the (RL) on the end of a username means a Reallusion team member.

Except it may be 7.31, 7.32 etc. depending on how things progress before the Iray plug-in is compatible with iClone 7. This is currently scheduled for Q4 2018.

HI Peter thanks for your reassuring replies.
But just to further reassure those of us prey to paranoia, could you change or explain the status of these replies as coming from RL by correcting your description from 'Distinguished Member' to Forum Administrator?

Iray plug-in for CC3 and iClone7...

I think some of the information was poorly written.

This is my interpretation:
- If you buy the CC3+Iray bundle, you will be able to use Iray with CC3 as soon as it is released
- But the Iray plug-in will not work with the CURRENT version of iClone 7.2
- The Iray plug you bought with CC3 will magically work with iClone 7.3 (at no additional cost) when the 7.3 patch is released

Anyone disagree?  Or concur?

RL- Just due to some possible misinfo somewhere, need to clarify whether we would pay for CC3 and iClone Iray plugins separately or not.
As in, are they 2 separate purchases if you want both.

I asked that question before purchasing in the chat with sales rep (what ever it is called) Iray is only available for use in CC3 and can not be used in 7 so I did not buy it! wip 3 is out next week!::angry:

I will double check this with Support but I believe there must have been a misunderstanding somewhere. This doesn't tally with the information I have.
