Hi there! I am facing the following issue: when adding Tokomotion characters to a scene, they appear with their legs through the body, which is not the case of any other character I am using in the same scene. I have tried to orient their bones without any success. Could you suggest any fix? Thanks!https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/85d6d4c4-9833-479c-8870-8d72.png

This is almost always an issue with the feet intersecting with the ground -- see if you have Foot Contact turned on in the Modify panel (or, conversely, either move the ground plane down, or move the character up -- if it's a foot intersection problem it will go away as the feet no longer have to be scrunched up).

Thanks Kellytoon for this quick answer. I am afraid though that the problem has something to do either with the landscape or with a bug.
When I replace one of the character with a G6 avatar (drag and drop the new character on the old one), only one leg is bent.
If I disable the foot contact option, the character's legs move slightly but never revert to their original position.
Besides as I was attempting to place the G6 character next to the other, I couldn't move it where I wanted to, as at some point in the scene it was vanishing. Pressing the F key brought me in front of the character in a grey scene, while zooming out never displayed the full landscape.

For the sake of completeness, I am using the following:

- Tokomotion avatars
- Quanum desert terrain
- Sky tool

Any idea?

What happens when you move those characters up into the air?  Just try it -- grab one of them and move it straight up.

QTV Desert is not a terrain but a prop

Question: Did you convert this prop to terrain?
If so - did you take out the hook here?

That could fix the leg problem

If you use it as a prop,
then press "Ctrl + G" once and let the grid show you
If the grid is over the terrain prop, the avatars are on the grid
even if you pull them to the ground .. Add the Tokomotion avatar once
double-click into the scene and see how it looks with his legs.

@Kellytoon: You are right indeed, sliding the ground down allows the legs to stretch out. That's where Postfrosch's post comes into play.
@Postfrosch: Indeed converting the prop to terrain did the trick. Legs can be tuned to hit the ground properly.

Many thanks, vielen dank to both of you!
