i will accept skeleton as unique for CC, but not if you mean old iClone Generation . Therefore I have askes two times , but without a answare . Maybe , with clear informations you get fast a right answare and it would such a tread not fill unnecessary with gibberish ? ;)

CC is only one basic, therefore no matter it looks like, changed through morphs, it has allways exactlythe same Armature ..got lost in all that stuff that was happening above. ... this forum needs less of that "stuff" and more just plain old answers, but the question was asked in the OP. Yes I am cranky :D

atmuc (8/30/2017) Do Character Creator2 an iClone7 (iAvatar) characters have always the same skeleton setup ( the same bones and the same hierarchy) ? i get Reallusion characters to Unity by 4 ways;
1.CC fbx export 2.CC iAvatarExport -> 3DExchange -> fbx export 3. iClone -> 3DExchange -> fbx export 4. iClone -> fbx export
i want to know if all workflows generate the same skeleton for all characters.gosh no one actually answered the question. the answer is YES all the CC characters use the same skeleton. Export the naked standard character in fbx via the character creator and that skeleton inside is the same for everything that comes out of the CC.

atmuc, What's working for you?... any news so far?:) Interested in your thoughts.... many whom use Unity... do not script games... merely seeking to see if they can render a scene.

i have many character. i have to try all of them. i am not sure if all morphs and characters have the same skeleton. by the way, Unity has mechanim, a retarget features that fit any kind of human skeletons to same Unity Bone System But retarget is not necessary if you do not want using Humanoid Mechanimall and your characters are all CC.

Various CC versions has been released. Some of "Those" bones DO have different naming conventions. ~ Some say... Beta, while others don't.
...not in my world Neither in mine. The ones with Beta are G6 characters. They were meant as a temporary solution before CC was released. We should at least try to be accurate. @atmuc, Here... you clearly see what I mean. ~ Whether the character came for iClone 1 or iClone 7... ~ Whether it comes from Daz, Poser, MakeHuman... or wherever... I apply ALL of the (Humanoid Characters) to... "The Same Rig" ...just as reallusion does, But... Mine doesn't change, therefore... "ANY Character" and ALL of its Morphs... Smoothly export to ANY game engine. :cool:
