Looks good...however. Just like so many other armored SCI-FI suits there are problems.
The upper inner thigh is not armored. A hit in this area is instant death.
Upper chest is not armored properly. A hit in this area is instant death.
Groin area not armored properly. A hit in this area is instant death - many veins and arteries converge in groin and upper inner thigh.
These suits must have protection in areas where inner organs and vascular bundles are located on human body
Modern day weapon targeting systems are very precise. Laser scopes on pistols, etc.
It does not make sense to think future combatants will not have precise targeting as well.
Characters in armor should be extremely hard to kill or injure, even if the enemy is using AI assisted targeting.
The suits should ALSO be adaptable for less restrictive use in non-threatening scenes.
The suit needs to provide look of uniform, but character is not all bundled up in armor plates.
Belly area is not covered well in some configurations. This should be OK for uniform with less armor.
We should have the ability to use the entire suit to be a character without the extra baggage of a rigged human character inside the suit. My interest is this content is in CC human characters, not mechanical scorpions, spiders, etc. There are a zillion zombies, spiders, mechs, non-human based characters available. I have more than enough of that stuff.
I don't like to use mechs because when you bring one of them into scenes they dominate. They are nothing less than walking tanks. Humans don't stand a chance against them, even in armor suits.
Whenever you introduce a mech into a scene it is time for the humans to get the heck out there FAST. AI targeting, superior firepower, and it takes extremely powerful weapons to destroy them.
Look the firepower of this mech, which is very common. If a mech shoots and hits a human target in full armor and does not penetrate the armor the shock from the mech weapon is enough to pulverize the human body in the suit.
