Unfortunately I also have the same problem johnny4mt.

I bought these 2 packs early this morning. Neither would install. Then later RL added a discount price for buying both packs together. I have reported both concerns to "support" but got the usual deal with in 2-3 business days auto response.

So at present I have paid full price for two new packs which won't install. I know from previous similar experiences these content issues do eventually get "fixed" but it still means that shopping at the RL store is not the happy or reliable experience customers have the right to expect.:crying:

I'm afraid there seems to be a problem with the database registering the new content packs to your accounts. This unfortunately appears to be causing the errors being reported.

Contacting support will be the quickest way to get your individual cases dealt with promptly. I will also report the issue as urgent myself and hopefully it will be resolved very soon.

Yeah! it's bummer, I purchased 3DFX_MotionMontage_V1 on Saturday and the same thing is still happening to me. :w00t:

I filled in the form at http://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/User/QForm.aspx

But still no result / reply. I was dying to try this out, it looks great but looks like another spanner in the works.

Just tried again after reading your post, and it installed. BRILLIANT :D

I think the problem was, I got 3DFX on some credit I was due, and it wasn't automatically entered into the database, so Just had to send of a copy of my purchase order.
