Your CPU and Windows are fine. Do you have a separate graphics card, or only the Intel (part of the CPU) graphics?
iClone 7... Character Creator... Substance Designer/Painter... Blender... Audacity... Desktop (homebuilt) - Windows 10, Ryzen 9 3900x CPU, GTX 1080 GPU (8GB), 32GB RAM, Asus X570 Pro motherboard, 2TB SSD, terabytes of disk space, dual monitors. Laptop - Windows 10, MSI GS63VR STEALTH-252, 16GB RAM, GTX 1060 (6GB), 256GB SSD and 1TB HDD

There is really only one iClone starting with version 7. It is the "Pro" version. What will still differ is the version of 3DXchange , if your getting that. Unless you need to export iClone characters and animation out a game engine, or something, you should get the "Pro" version. Pro gives you all the import and bone re-assigning tools.
As JVK mentioned, you need a separate graphics card. If your buying a new card, I would suggest the Nvidia GTX 1060/6 gig as a starting point. You want a lot of VRAM on the card for iClone.
