I’m using iClone 6 and Indigo as a render engine.
I would like to know how to disable the cast shadow on my character.

1 in the SCENE tab
2 select your character in the avatar list and click the fourth icon
3 chooses the option that suits you

I tried your method but it continues to render the shadow. I disabled the key light shadows but doesn't work either.
Should I change any lighting settings in Indigo?

I haven't used Indigo in a while, but it has a different lighting system from iClone. For example, if you use the built-in sunshine setting in Indigo, you may get a shadow.
