I tried to find how to open 32 bit for mac but it's impossible for CTA3.
I downloaded the last version of mac (sierra) en put everything to update. Its really frustrating to get all this problems. How is it possible that a software that cost a big amount of money ( with in app purchase) have this problems???

First i got CTA 3 for windos instead of mac ---> after three working days i got the correct version
Next day i download it (with all the bonus links) and the program crashes---> After two working days I get a (so called) patch.
The same day I Download the patch and the system crashes again ---> again i am waiting for a answer.
After giving up on installing/deleting/installing/patching I noticed that CTA2 crashes when i tried to quit it.:(
Before i downloaded CTA3, my CTA2 was running without any problems.

Is it to much to ask to make this software run like decent? I understand that there can be bugs or little problems that can be fixed true the months but putting on a software that crashes from the moment you want to run it is very (sorry for my expression) unprofessional.

I have a feeling that on this forum they only have some good solutions for windows users.

I feel like i am not alone in this situation and I was very understanding with the problem in the beginning but I am really disappointed in the fact that a full selling software (pipeline) doesn't work after a simple installation.

I appreciate the help from tech support from this corporation but I hate the feeling that they don't have a final solution and just sending a answer with a link  and the rest just figure it out. If your problem isn't fixed, just send us a new email and we will answer inside 3 working days. Its like chatting with a person on the first internet connection in the world ever.

I am sorry for my negative post but I just want this agony of crashing to stop!!!!

A permanent fix is being worked on but this issue isn't a general bug that is affecting everyone so this makes it harder to track down completely.

Please do keep on touch with Technical Support using the link below. Any new temporary fixes will be available via Support so it is wise to keep in touch. As soon as the final update is ready it will be announced on the forum.

Thank you.

i"m a Mac user and the work around regrettably didn't work.  On your Reallusion sales web page for upgrading CTA3 it recommends having OS 10.9 or higher. However, when you launch CTA3 - and just before it crashes - it says "For Mac OS 10.11.5"    (Seems to require a completely different version of the Operating System).  Is this part of the problem?

To Mezstor -
So are you saying that upgrading your Mac to OS Sierra did NOT fix the problem with the CTA3 crashes?

We now have a new interim 3.01 update to install that we hope will resolve the problem. Please find it in the thread below.
