Unfortunately this problem occurs quite often with models created in Sketchup and imported into iClone for Indigo rendering. There was a rather detailed discussion on the subject about 18 months ago on the Forum, but I can't find the thread at the moment. The main cause of the problem has to do with the way that faces are created and layered in Sketchup, how these are then triangulated during the conversion in 3DXchange and finally processed by Indigo. The only way to get around this problem is to re-work the model in Sketchup, making sure that no inside faces are reversed and that there are no overlapping faces in the model. Depending on the complexity of the model, this can take quite some time to finish. I've spent up to 8 hours cleaning up a model, but that was much quicker than building it from scratch. Looking at the model in your photo, it would probably be quicker to just build it from scratch.
