Another Forum member had a similar problem.

Based off the information you provided, you created a custom look for your character in one angle. You will need to do the process over, but this time, make sure you check the "Angle linked" button for the eye height, nose height, and eyebrow height. Once you have all the facial parts at the right height that you want, uncheck the "Angle Link" button and then move those part either left or right to your liking. This allows are the part to be at the same position when rotating. Once you have everything the way you wanted, and you have tested everything throughly, you should save your character to that all of those pieces will remain in the same place for future animation.
