How do I do this please. I click on the CT in Iclone and I get CT but then I don't know what to do. OK I'm thick but please help :)

Hi Heather,

What you can do is share facial animation scripts and motion clips between the two programs.

So for example, if you create and save a talking head in Crazytalk 6 that has facial animation and spoken audio, you can then open this script in iClone4 and apply it to your avatar there.

To do this you would go to Animation - Facial Animation click the Import CTS for scripts or Import CLP for motion clips on the Modify Panel. This will then open your custom folder with your saved Crazytalk 6 scripts. You can then open these files in IC4 and they will be applied to the open avatar.

Did what you said, but I can't seem to do it right. I can get the ctp file saved but cannot get a CTS to come through. I am soooo blonde! please explain it as if I am a real klook which I am. So sorry:rolleyes:

Can now import voice etc. But thought you would be able to import the head/figure also - No? am I asking too much???

No you can't just import a Crazytalk head and it automatically becomes an iClone4 head. You can of course take the same photo you used in Crazytalk and create a new head in iClone with it, but it has to be done manually.

Thanks Peter you are a great help. As I'm asking so many questions, here's another one. Can I import any of my avatars which I bought for IC3 to IC4?

Yes you can use your iClone3 content in iClone4. You can either copy over the files directly from IC3 to the same folders in IC4 or install them again. For Reallusion bought content you will be prompted to install to either iClone3 or iClone4 if you have both still installed.

There are some content packs that have been updated especially for iClone4. If you encounter any problems with content, check your Account order history and download the latest version. Then try installing the content again.

For any content you have purchased from 3rd party stores, you should contact them for help with installing into iClone4. Hope this helps. :)
