Hi all,

I am trailing Iclone to see if I can incorporate it into my game dev workflow.  The tools to create the characters and animate/voice for my cut scenes are great.  Certainly would be my choice on that score but I cannot get a clean import into unity.  All the tutorials seem straight forward (basically click export - how hard can it be i thought!) but the animation is always off.  sometimes arms are reversed so fling backwards other times the neck is completely snapped back.  Is it a trial issue or some setup i am missing?

Animation looks fine in iclone and 3dxchange.  3dxchange states that export was successful.

Maybe can you post screens and more information,  to localize your problem ?  I have never trouble with export to Unity

Hi,

Sorry the model is without clothes but our artist is using marvellous D and I do not have them yet.
The image shows the chars neck bent backwards.  It is perfectly fine in Iclone and 3dxchange.https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/6fd4ebd1-9489-4fd5-ac86-b727.pnghttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/1428358f-475d-4344-b25c-e42c.png

Anyone managed to export to unity or fix errors with bones once imported?  There does not show any errors in iclone or 3dxchange.

Should I install and try again?  I use unity 5.3.

Shame this trial has been a complete waste as the import will not work and there is no support on the forums.

If there is a better place to ask questions could someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction.
