To a certain extent yes.
If you have 3dXchange you can export a character from iClone into 3dx. Then activate some of the extended bones.
Example Breast Hips Abdomen and then adjust setting to your needs. This then generates what is known as Spring Bones.
This will depend a lot on how the character was build and what extended bones are available.

Also I must admit there soft body jiggle etc is way superior to the RL Spring Bones.
