I was wondering if there is a hidden feature in iclone where I can enable soft tissue simulation as a result of motions like in this video

To a certain extent yes. If you have 3dXchange you can export a character from iClone into 3dx. Then activate some of the extended bones. Example Breast Hips Abdomen and then adjust setting to your needs. This then generates what is known as Spring Bones. This will depend a lot on how the character was build and what extended bones are available.
Edit Added Video. Also I must admit there soft body jiggle etc is way superior to the RL Spring Bones. This is a video a did 2 years ago boobs belly have spring activated.

Wow! Nice Jiggle! I will try to add spring bones and see the result. The jiggle is the video is quite subtle. Anyway that can be increased to more extreme jiggles?

There are different strength settings that you can adjust once the bones are activated. There are also within 3dXchange some motions that you can test your settings with.
