Eric, Is there any reason not to download the trial version until we get our free serial number? IOW, while I anxiously await your email (which may or may not come today... sigh) why not install the trial and use it?

Is there any reason not to download the trial version until we get our free serial number? IOW, while I anxiously await your email (which may or may not come today... sigh) why not install the trial and use it?The trial version can't be made into the full version so you will need to uninstall it before you can install the full version. I have also replied to you via Support regarding getting your free copy of CrazyTalk 8. Please do check my reply for instructions.

Right, I appreciate that and I did get the serial number via that link, but (so far) still don't see a download link for CT 8 Pipeline (I'd send a screen shot but it also contains my serial number). The only link that is contained on that page is a link to technical issues. Again, I really don't think I'm panicking, just don't see any way to download what I (apparently) do need to use the serial number.

Ya know what, I'm going to assume that screenshot you guys provide is just misleading -- I think you mean to say I'll get an email with the actual link and/or I'll get the link now in my account. So forget me for now (and probably for good). I'm off to check my member account (but it IS confusing).

It might also just need a refresh.
