Is there any reason not to download the trial version until we get our free serial number? IOW, while I anxiously await your email (which may or may not come today... sigh) why not install the trial and use it?

The trial version can't be made into the full version so you will need to uninstall it before you can install the full version.
I have also replied to you via Support regarding getting your free copy of CrazyTalk 8. Please do check my reply for instructions.

Right, I appreciate that and I did get the serial number via that link, but (so far) still don't see a download link for CT 8 Pipeline (I'd send a screen shot but it also contains my serial number).
The only link that is contained on that page is a link to technical issues. Again, I really don't think I'm panicking, just don't see any way to download what I (apparently) do need to use the serial number.

If it hasn't done it automatically just register your serial number and the download links will appear. It might also just need a refresh.

Nope the download links will appear in your Member Account after the serial number is registered. :)

I was so excited that I didn't read that the release of German version will come in Feb 2016. I know it was very clear wrote but I didn't saw it. I need the CT8 now and it could be Engl version. Is it not possible to use a trial version until the germany or I to pay for a second one ? Please help me.

You can certainly use the trial version for now. However why not contact Customer Support and explain your mistake. They may be able to change it for you.

UPDATE: Problem described below may not have had anything to do with Windows 10 or 7, after many attempts and so forth, I think there was a problem with the serial number being verified online during the installation, not getting through to the server or my information not yet having been updated to the server so that the installation was failing at that point. END of Update> see below if you are having similar problem, it might help.
I'm having problems installing Crazy Talk 8 Pipeline on Windows 10 platform - the installer runs, gets the serial number, seems happy - then goes off to install and just sits there doing what? Task Manager doesn't show any CPU use by the installer at that point, so I don't think it is unpacking anything? How long should I be waiting, if you think that is the problem. Also have tried 'compatibility testing' to see if it should be installing with a Windows 7 safety net.
One last thing I have noticed - Task Manager identifies the installer as a Windows 32bit software - my system is 64bit. I understand Crazy Talk 8 Pipeline is 64bit.
Heads Up for anyone trying to get the download - you have to take the serial number over to your account and enter it as a registration, only then will the main program download show up on your list.
Any suggestions on this install would be appreciated in advance!

Try download "save" instead of run. Unravel it later,just remember where it is.usually in downloads.

At this point I rolled back Windows 10 to Windows 7, and checked the other iClone softwares - they run fine so the roll back worked. Still unable to install Crazy Talk 8 Pipeline. The next strange thing I noticed is that the install package is for version 8.0.0.0.0 (I think that is not the most recent release?). So did the servers send me some form of the trial software, that may be expired and therefore won't install? Under Windows 7 the process doesn't even get to point of interaction with the installer - it just grinds away trying to get started, but never begins the input boxes, in other words the install is not going as far along as it did with the Windows 10. I have downloaded 3 copies of the installer, but none of them work here, thinking that maybe there was a download corruption issue.
My guess while waiting for a reply here is that the server was sending me the wrong version. Should be 8.1.2.#.# something or such?
UPDATE: Finally got it installed - it seems the problem was something to do with the Serial Number being verified over the internet during installation - perhaps earlier my information was not in the system. Could happen to anyone, I guess, so if you are having problems similar to what I described above the answer seems to be keep trying and have patience. Maybe my activities coincided with some server down time or maintenance. I run my own circus here.

I had CT Pro Pipeline, upgreaded to CT 8 Pipeline. Download was fine, but it did not intergrde with Pro Pipeline. Now I have two Pipelines. I downloaded from my account. Even got a new SN. That said something was wrong.

I'm not sure what you mean by CT8 Pro Pipeline. It is either Pro OR Pipeline.
So if you had CrazyTalk 8 Pro installed and then upgraded to CrazyTalk 8 Pipeline, you will need to uninstall the Pro version and then download and install the Pipeline version. You can get this from your Member Account. You will also have a separate serial number for the Pipeline version so be sure you use the right one when installing.
