I purchased the "Party Fun" pack, and can't download it.

"Calculating File size..." takes exactly 7 minutes.

After a further 8.5 minutes with the "Downloading Content" staying at 0% I get a "Network Disconnected" message.

I have now tried this 4 times with the same results - even a PC new start doesn't help. Just to make sure that the problem isn't at my end I downloaded the last available full installer version of my NLE - 2.1 GB file downloaded in 11.5 minutes!!!!

Please replace the batteries in the server, or pay the utilities bill.

I do not have a Proxy, and suggesting that I disable my PC security while connected to the Internet !!!!!!!!

As a test I downloaded Substance Painter 1.6:






This is what I get when trying to download the IC6 Outfit Collection (106 MB):



I tried the Collection file because it is an EXE file that doesn't require going through the RL downloader.

Using the RL Downloader to obtain a file, in this case the 204 MB CC Learning Resource, results in this:



As far as I am concerned the problem lies with RL, and I would really like to be able to obtain the product that I have already paid for but can't access - the "Party Fun" pack.

WRONG, very wrong.
The only items installed were those to be used in iClone - 203 items.

15:23 Download stops at 93% "Network Disconnected" error with option to continue.
15:35 Download stops at 95% "Network Disconnected" error with option to continue.
15:54 Download stops at 99% "Network Disconnected" error with option to continue.
15:56 Download complete, Install starts.
16:01 Install complete for CC - 206 items.



Five and a half hours locked on the Internet for something that other companies complete in less than 15 minutes!!!!!!!

Why, Oh why, can't we just have the option to download a simple EXE installer instead of having to put up with this useless nonsense????

And to top it all off it is suggested that a user leave a PC without any form of security and protection.
