I have tested this and can't reproduce the problem. To help us isolate the problem, can you confirm if the issue is only occurring in that one custom project or does the issue occur in all projects? As an example, please try starting a new project and then just add the character/accessory that has the issue. Now try again to set a material keyframe for the opacity. Does this now work?

thanks for the prompt answer.
Unfortunately the problem is not easy to reproduce: when I reloaded the project, the key frame was there!
If it happen again, i will try to narrow down the sequence of operation, so that we can derive a test case.
