Good morning everyone
I have two annoying problems with iClone 6.11.1809.1
The first:
I really can not do "drag and drop" images jpg or png
I tried both without ctrl key pressed that button with ctrl pressed
The only way is to copy the directory "2d Background" at this point I see the image and drag (but can find only jpg and not png images)
The second:
I still see as "not installed" all pack drm I purchased, I tried everything, reinstalled the program, deleted the contents of the directory "C: \ Users \ Public \ Documents \ Reallusion \ Template \ 6 iClone Template \ iClone Template \ Pack "but, upon reboot recur packs
If you install the program sees that are installed and if "continuous" causes me a copy of the contents of the package, I find myself with more than a duplicate item and, in any case, the display disappears and the pack is always referred to as "not installed"
Help!!!
Fede
addition:
I had the same problem with Windows 7 64-bit

My setup, PC windows 10 cpu Intel i7 950 3,07 GHz Ram 6 GB, HD 2X SSD Samsung 830 series 512 GB Video Graphics card Nvidia GTX660 2GB GD5

Try dragging with the right mouse button.
That's "right-drag," as in, "not the left button."

Good morning, I have solved the first question in this operation mode  (sorry for my english)
I find a file "iClone.exe" --> right button clik to  "property"
Tab Compatibility
I ran the "instrument for resolving compatibility issues"
Now is working perfectly
For the second questions I hope for a solution with a new upgrade
Thank you
Federico
