I am facing problem when try to view the showcase video thruUnityWebPlayer. I followed the sequences of steps below:

 1) Unity Web player exe file download(for windows: http://unity3d.com/webplayer/)

2) tried to access the below URL. http://www.reallusion.com/crazytalk/TTS/showcase.html.

3) when we try to load/view the video, it is giving theerror. "Content was stopped because fatal content error hasbeen detected".

 What should i do to run  the unity web player?

Unfortunately the problem is that the latest version of Google Chrome no longer supports the Unity Web Player. However there is a workaround.

Please see the link below and follow the steps given.

I hope this helps.

@prashant_77, @moein95

If your problems are with Firefox and not Google Chrome, Please can you contact Technical Support using the link below. They will able to advise you further.

http://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/UserEx/QForm.aspx

However due to the Google Chrome issues already mentioned, we have regrettably decided to discontinue the CrazyTalk interactive web solutions from the Reallusion Store, which include:

• CrazyTalk Web Player and Avatar API
• CrazyTalk Web Application Templates
• CrazyTalk Text to Animated Message Service [TAMS]

Please see below for more information.
