RDL content Error "Content downloader" Failed to connect to the internet.

Just bought this and I can't download it. This has happened with other items that I bought that require this.

I was having the not connected to the internet issue with everything that used the downloader. I could get past it by going into internet explorer, tools menu(at the top), Internet options (at the bottom of menu), connections tab, Lan settings button, then uncheck use proxy server. If this lets you download then you may have the same issue I had. The problem is that I had to do this everytime I wanted to download something. I went into my programs and found I had a program that kept turning on the proxy server option. As soon as I uninstalled the program, the proxy server box stayed unchecked. I hope this helps.

I believe it has something to do with the firewall at my office. I can't download anything using the RL Live update app. Any content that is RLD. I also can't download the downloader update. Anywhere.  Home or at my office.
