From memory Mine installed - Media tab - Material - Substance 200 - Directly under that you see Substance Extra. The 3 iClone tools are in there. I think you have to hover over the folders to get full description or you just see Substance x 3

I installed from the link in the email but after restart the plugin tools like b2m were not there so I downloaded from my accounts page and installed them.

That's good news The Substance pack is a great addition both in materials and the tools. I jumped on it the minute I saw it. Took me so long to build my computer 6.02.1316 didn't get a look in :)

Hmm... I thought I installed the Substance Power 200 pack, but apparently not.

When I tried, using the "installer" link in the email, I got this error:

Same error if I try to install the "Super Substance Tools."

I have installed Substance Designer, and downloaded the Learning Kit.

I am running the latest 6.02.1409 release.

Before I do anything drastic, does anyone have any insight to share?

P.S.

I really prefer to download installable executables.

Viking, in another thread this was reported as caused by a missing Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 library.

Usually an installer checks for that, but this one apparently doesn't. A bit sloppy...:angry:

I tried both the x64 and the x86 executables, but no luck yet.  I'm guessing maybe a reboot will help, but I'm in the middle of something and will have to pick this up again tomorrow.

Hopefully I'll report back with glowing success in about 20 hours.
