From memory Mine installed - Media tab - Material - Substance 200 - Directly under that you see Substance Extra. The 3 iClone tools are in there. I think you have to hover over the folders to get full description or you just see Substance x 3

I installed from the link in the email but after restart the plugin tools like b2m were not there so I downloaded from my accounts page and installed them.

That's good news The Substance pack is a great addition both in materials and the tools. I jumped on it the minute I saw it. Took me so long to build my computer 6.02.1316 didn't get a look in :)

Hmm... I thought I installed the Substance Power 200 pack, but apparently not. When I tried, using the "installer" link in the email, I got this error:
Same error if I try to install the "Super Substance Tools." I have installed Substance Designer, and downloaded the Learning Kit. I am running the latest 6.02.1409 release. Before I do anything drastic, does anyone have any insight to share? P.S. I really prefer to download installable executables.

Viking, in another thread this was reported as caused by a missing Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 library. Usually an installer checks for that, but this one apparently doesn't. A bit sloppy... Anyway, try this link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

Thanks, Job. I tried both the x64 and the x86 executables, but no luck yet. I'm guessing maybe a reboot will help, but I'm in the middle of something and will have to pick this up again tomorrow. Hopefully I'll report back with glowing success in about 20 hours.

Hopefully I'll report back with glowing success in about 20 hours. Boo hoo. No success, even after a reboot. :crying: I wonder what broke, and how. I installed the "Plants" package several weeks ago, without any problem. I tried that again tonight, and I get the same error. I'm starting to think I'll have to reinstall iClone, but I'd really like to avoid that if possible. It's not urgent, but I do need to get all my "Substance" stuff installed and working someday.

Thanks, that was it. Installing the "x86" package for 2013 was the solution. Job had the solution earlier, but he accidentally linked to 2012 instead of 2013, and when that didn't work I was afraid it was going to more difficult. It didn't really sound like reinstalling iClone would be the fix, but it's really weird that this "went away." I don't recall purposely uninstalling any software in the last 6 to 8 weeks, so why was I able to install the "Total Plants" (Speed Tree") module before, but not again now? Ahh... Do you suppose Reallusion updated their installer? That would explain several things. a) Why Job linked to a "2012" download as the solution, because that probably did fix it before, b) Why it worked for me the last time I ran the installer, and c) Why the "2013" download was the solution I needed. Anyway... I get the installation prompt when doing the iClone "Substance" installation now. Thanks, guys. You're the best!

Dennis, I apologize for the confusing I caused. I'm a simple-minded person, so I thought that MSVCP12.dll would refer to the Visual C++ 2012 library. That would be too easy, so it is in fact the 2013 version. At one time there actually was this relationship, but it looks like there is no Visual C++ 2011 library. So Visual C++ 2012 is version 11, not 12... RL recently updated their downloader I think, because yesterday I received the same error, trying to download something from the Market Place. The downloader is a 32-bit application and RL failed to include the 32-bit version of the Visual C++2013 library.

@Job, No need to apologize. You were trying to help someone who was too lazy to do his own research. I was right, though, to assume someone here would know the answer. As Maxwell Smart would say, "Missed it by this much." I should bop up to the "Issues" thread and remind them their installer should check for this and handle it much more gracefully.
