If so, please re-download from your Member Account under "Order History" and install again. All the packs are available as self installing .exe files. Just double click each file to install.

While re-installing all the .RLD of my packages for IC6, I found the following issues:

- Special Effects Vol.3 - Destructible Building Elements => network error, can't download the data
- Wedding Planner Motion Combo => network error after downloading about 6%, can't download the data
- Dancing Motion for Pop & Jazz => can' t install the files
- G3 CloneCloth for Essential Woman Vol.1 => network error after downloading about 33%, can't download the data
- iClone Fantasy World Evil Force => network error after downloading about 89%, can't download the data
3D VFX - Motion Montage Vol. 2 => network error after downloading about 7%, can't download the data
Wedding Planner-Deluxe Pack => network error, can't download the data
Hair Pack Fantasy Character Hair Volume 1 => network error, can't download the data
Dungeon Quest Collection Pack => network error after downloading about 96%, can't download the data
Avatar Toolkit Series - Monster Workshop => no .mld file for the motions
- Machine of War: Motorized => many shortcuts + iAnim dups created in another disk
- Total Biosphere => only Broadleves are installed

Would it be possible to have a look at these pack and check whether the installation of the .RLD works properly ?

When I tried to re-download "Combo Pack Filmset And Props Volume 1" I got a notice that said this content was not supported by iClone6. However, it is on the above list. What gives?

Hi Peter,

it would be helpful to get a more detailed list of the various movements, and also the names of the packages they belong to.
For example, the list reports: "Crossbowman Motions". I guess this is the motion included in the 100 Years War package, isn't it ?

So... once I determined which package I need to re-install, because the package was already installed, during the new installation the "old" files are detected and I am offered 2 possibilities:

1. cancel the installation => not a chance... because I want to install the new files
2. rename the files

As a result, I will get a lot of dups, marked as a trailing "0" at the end of the file name!!
I have saved all the installation file logs, so I should be able to check what was installed and where, and to rename all the files: this is a long manual process.

I would suggest (recommend...) to improve the installation procedure by adding the possibility to overwrite the installed files

Without this, all the story of content updates will be a long, manual, and boring process.

thanks for the clarification.
I bought the 100 Years War Theme pack, which contains the content Crossbowman pack, so what would be useful is also to know the name of any Theme Pack which includes those content packs.
Anyway, not a big issue.

The real problem is the installation: the Theme Pack is just 1 setup file, which will install a lot of dups, which shall then manually removed.
This shall be fixed by RL.
The best way is to give the chance to overwrite the currently installed files (today not possible).

Hi..the Wedding Planner still isn't downloading properly from the marketplacedlist (26).rld procedure as of about 6pm Friday based on the download log.
