There is no way that I can get it to fit my character properly. It sits too high up on the head and when I adjust it lower, the skull begins to show. When I adjust it to either side it enters the skull on the opposite side. the best adjustment that I can make to this one is to have it remain slightly wider than the head, and the space between the hair and the head can be seen.
The quickest & easiest way to adjust Hair position in iC5 is to:
1) Use the Tool Bar Camera View Drop-down / Face.
2) Then, Tool Bar / Scale Gizmo, Dragging the Yellow towards & away from you. That Scales the whole hair, to fit. Minor adjustments can be made by dragging the X, Y & Z Axis.

BTW - If you're new to 3D Animation, you need to start with the very basics;
Welcome to the Forum,
You'll find a lot of Video Tutorials by Reallusion & Forum Members.
However the question of "But where do I start?" still remains.
IMO, the best way to start (Others may differ), is to go through Stuckon3D's Free Video Tutorials, which cover iClone Basics. These are based on iClone 4, which don't include the many new Features in iC5.
Warlord's Purchase Tutorial Book also based on iC4 but with iC5 new Features added, goes into the basics in more depth, with his own Content provided for individual Project-based Tutorials.
Mark's advanced Free Tutorials cover specific "How do I do this" requests, in a User friendly manner.
