Hi,

Just to say the new Mac version of CTA2 is great and seems to be running well.

I have however encountered one glitch with jumping text boxes. I have attached a couple of images as examples. The timeline also jumps up the screen if I add or take away tracks that I'm working with. One working around is to always keep the timeline docked, though is obviously not ideal. Some of the text box options can only be seen by moving the whole work panel down before clicking the button as otherwise they are off the screen.

I have attached my computer specs too.

Keep up the great work.

Many thanks,

Luke

Thanks Peter - that really helps.
Sounds like this is do-able without having to wait for the boxed version - phew!

Very exciting news that CTA2 is now Mac friendly! So I'm considering buying CrazyTalk Animator Pipeline for Mac. Is it available in a box instead of a download?

My employer (a school) has offered to purchase it for use on my own personal Mac. If the school makes the purchase (from a PC) how does the download work? If it is simply a link which the school can email to me, then perhaps I don't need the box version.

Thanks in anticipation...

At the present time only the download version is available.

If you choose the Download version you will receive a single link to download.

Once it is downloaded you just need to double click the file to install. You will need to be connected to the internet on the computer you wish to use CTA2 on for the one time activation. You will also need to sign in with the same account details that were used to purchase it.

I hope this helps. :)

Ok! That´s very helpful!
Another one - can i use my PC "G2 Power Tools Vol.1"
or do i also have to buy them again?
(i´m getting close to get the mac pipeline Version - upgrade price seems to be fair:cool:)
Roger

You can copy the contents of the G2 Power Tools Vol.1 manually over to the Mac version but you won't be able to use the installer which is Windows only.

Hi,

and thanks for the mac version. I have cta2 pro for PC - is there any simple way to switch to Mac?
Something like deactivate my Serial on PC Version and activate it on my Mac???

I can´t find the price for the pipeline Version - would that be the upgrade price (from 149$)?
Thanks for your help! Roger

Unfortunately the Windows and Mac versions are separate products. If you purchased the Windows version within the last 30 days you can refund this and then purchase the Mac version.

Alternatively you can login to your Member Account and check under "Upgrade & Member Special". There you will find your special discounted price to purchase the Mac version.

I hope this helps. :)

I bought CTA 2.0/Windows and got a German version, which is some times difficult to learn, (because there is no German tutorial)

I can not find any update to 2.1 in my account. is the German version late?
Can I switch to english?

The German 2.1 update is not yet available I'm afraid. It will be released soon.

If you have any questions regarding the English version, please contact Customer Support using the link below. They will be able to explain your options.
