I used the uninstaller and deleted the program I downloaded and installed the Trial Version Same result
Not sure what else I can do other than just dump the product and encourage others to steer clear This is quite disappointing because I really wanted to use this product in a number of projects

Hi, interesting, as I have not even been able to get the CT 7.3 update for the past two months. (I'm on an old Mac 10.7.5, which might have something to do with it.) When I go to App Store, I still only see version 7.2. I'm referring here to the Standard version. So, apparently something "fishy" is going on, Dave PS Just checked App Store, and even Pro version is still at 7.2 (I'm guessing you are updating through Reallusion login page). So, the plot thickens.

Yes, through the Reallusion site, but even an earlier version would not work for me before Same result

I got a response from Tech Support on how to update the drivers on my Windows machine (.exe files) and how to generate a dxdiag.txt file by clicking on my "Start Menu" and clicking "Run"
Trouble is, I am not using the Windows version, I am using the Mac version on OSX 10.9

Disappointing

On the recommendation (2nd try) with Tech Support, I ran the following 2 lines in Terminal: sudo mv /usr/local/lib/libssl.0.9.8.dylib /usr/local/lib/libssl.0.9.8.dylib_ sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libssl.0.9.8.dylib /usr/local/lib/ Apparently it is an outdated file from Snow Leopard or something, I have no idea All I know is now my app does not crash on start up Now I am off to see if I can figure out how to use it
