I cannot seem to get this program to run in either Snow Leopard and Mountain Lion.
I am crashing at startup after registration with a libcrypto error.

I have sent a message yesterday to PETER Admin and no reply as of yet.
I want to make a video for my 30,000 video followers.

What should I do to fix it ?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with CT7 For Mac.

Please contact Technical Support using the link below. Please also try to capture a screenshot of the error message and send this as an attachment. They will then try to get you up and running as soon as possible.

I have sent two messages already as well as contacting you in private message and public now in the forum mate over the course of many days now Wink

I would like a response so I can use the software I bought and entertain my online video crowd Wink

I would hate to have to give it a bad rap because it won't load on Snow Leopard and Mountain Lion. I am keen to try it after purchasing it and not considering going to pro if it doesn't work properly.

Hi..

I have checked your support status and see that Tech Support have contacted you again today.

I do apologise for the delay. Unfortunately this is an unusual issue that has not been reported before so it is taking a little time to fully understand the cause.

I can assure you that the Tech team will do their very best to help get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

I had to rename a file from my usr/lib and got it working with Carols great support.

The info on this page was sent by Carol and solved my issue.

http://support.mendeley.com/customer/portal/questions/425046-mendeley-desktop-and-mountain-lion

Time to finally learn how to use it and start animating.
