1. Ability to have option to have flash output play automatically once per website visitor (for posting on website) like site pal service. That way the output is not played each time someone loads the page, i.e. home page.

2. Ability customize the play button on the flash output to make it something more noticable or customized with text.. i.e. PLAY ME, Click HERE to hear me talk.

One of the things I was really hoping for in CT6, which it didn't get, is multiple layers on the puppeterring.

In the documentation as well as the tutorial video, it shows how it's best to approach the puppeteering in individual passes. For example, do the cheeks and eye brows, then go back do the mouth, then do the eyes.

What happens in the three separate passes, all the movements and keys get merged together. I'd rather they get added as layers so after doing the third, something from the 2nd pass didn't look right, I could wipe it out and re-do it without messing up the other passes.

I second that.  Sometimes the merging doesn't work well. For example, eye-blinking tend to get stretched out.

Absolutely... While there any many things that "went awry" in the merging process, this was one of the most irritating things to happen...

This would be really nice to have^^
