This movie uses the newest World War II pack, Medieval Village Pack and Occupations pack from Reallusion to tell the story of sniper on a mission with no help except his extraction team. Mixes machinima from Call of Duty World at War, extracted assets from Fallout 3 and music from The Movies and Fallout 3.  My goal with this movie was to not only tell the story but to mix the elements of game machinima and iClone footage.

You are right James. I downloaded a lot of models that day and certainly missed the copyright notice. I first saw this copyright problem on my youtube channel... thought it can't be and disputed it but then I realized it is the same model the more I looked into it and deleted my dispute from youtube. I used the scope from a different rifle and did some modifications so it did take me sometime to realize my mistake. Had I have come here sooner... I wouldn't taken so long! Also if I had driven down to my office and just looked at the source files I would have known sooner. I apologize for the error and shouldn't have used it without contacting you.

I eventually compared the end of the barrel too  ( I had found 2 other enfields you made that were totally different) I realized then I needed to retract the dispute and apologize. I do try to pay attention to these things but obviously didn't read the page the day I downloaded it. I remember heavily modifying a rifle made by Serx but no doubt I used yours as the more I looked at that rifle the more I knew it was yours in the video.

Please accept my apology and thanks for being so gracious. I also contacted you via YouTube before I came to this site.

Hello Warlord,

I'm glad you posted here as I was going to send you a congratulations email on this outstanding piece of work.

Every aspect of this was amazing and it’s wonderful to see amazing films being made with this fantastic software.  You are a pioneer for iClone and always strive to producing professionally looking films.  Even the blend from other game engines was done in a manner that matched that of iClone itself (Granted it was never going to be seamless).

The copyright issue has stung us all and it is something we all need to think about, no matter what the item used is music, models, images, etc.  However with so much blatant disregarding all over the internet for copyright, it saddens me when someone who is only trying to move Machinma forward is caught out (Even though I fully understand James.chilton1’s point of view)

However, great film and the work you are doing will only benefit us all.

Regards.

Cape.

Well, nearly every week you see a piece of iClone which impresses and hopefully pushes you on. And sometimes you think that maybe this was the best I've seen yet. This film is definitely in that category for me. Amazing details added - even in the opening sequence you can hear the film projector running. I'm going to download it and watch it again on my TV. Simply brilliant work.

See also warlords 'The Sheriff' on cloneclips.com   Another great piece in my opinion.
