thanks for the reply! Those answers are really help me out.... now i had manage to figure out on how to crop motion, also imotion can't export to other format.

WOW, thats great, can't wait for new version of 3dxchange, i was jz hoping for alternative way other than to use 3ds max:laugh:, i'll like to try it out as soon as it releases!

- is it possible to crop the motion at the frames you desired? Say from 1 to 50 frames, but i just want it to be between 20 to 50 frames and save it into library ?

Yes you can "break" motions at any point, shrink or stretch and also reverse.

- motion files are stored as imotion format in iclone, is it possible to export , or convert them into diffrent format, such as BVH.... etc? any converter tool for that?

No. iMotion files can not be exported from iClone.

- finally about the forum u posted(3d modelling), does this include in modelling and character rigging? or just for static props? What program typically use to create iclone character...

Currently you will require 3DS Max to rig and skin new iClone characters. However a new version of 3DXchange is coming soon which will allow easier creation of new characters for iClone. More information will be coming soon about the excting new features of 3DXchange 4.0.

Thanks for those. There great. Certainly the best so far.
Is there any chance (in an Oliver Twist voice) we could have some more please.

It would be great if we could see one or two dealing with adding characters to one of the scenes built in the first two. (good character interaction is still something that mystifies me a little)

Congratulations!

I like the tutorial about the interior scene design ... Now, I realize that we could get a great realistic 3D scenes with iClone.
The final render is worthy of great render engines such as Mentalray, V-Ray, Brazil or Maxwell and all this in realtime! iClone permits us to save hours!

I understood the lesson: texture, light and shadow contrast;)
